FRIDAY SESSIONS

A 'Friday Session' is your opportunity to get together with a small group of current classmates or former students and focus on enhancing your drawing skills. I will be providing instruction based on the questions that students bring to the table. If the group is low on themed ideas to work on, I will provide some applicable challenges for everyone to try. These sessions are great for getting in some on-site practice, or drawing from real-life.  

There are no requisites other than to bring your sketchbook, drawing tools, and a willingness  to learn. We typically draw for 3-4 hours based on the setting and how many participant questions we try to tackle. If someone's challenge is not something you'd like to work on, I am always more than happy to spend time with you individually on whatever you have chosen to focus on. 

Drawing on-site is where you truly get a chance to test your current skills as an artist. That being said, we mostly work on a more free-form style of sketching without the pressures of creating a finished work.
